Ah yes, Pizza Inn, is probably my least favorite pizza chain with the most underwhelming pizza experience. I find Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, Pizza Mojo, and Domino’s to be better generally.

Still, there’s something to love about Pizza Inn, it is the most mainstream and spread-out Pizza establishment in Kenya, and they are really doing a good job with new locations everywhere within Nairobi.

MENU & PRICING

There are 19 types of pizzas in Pizza Inn and they are all categorized under 3 tiers; classic, deluxe, and supreme.

The pricing is done on tier category and size basis, each tier has 4 sizes; small, medium, large, and XL(Extra Large); Which in Pizza Inn’s nomenclature is; Regular, Medium, Large, and Mega respectively.

Generally, the larger size tends to be economical and offers a way better value. So yeah, don’t buy a small Pizza, not even a medium, go large or extra large. Reheat the leftovers for the following day.

This pizza type has been a subject of controversy for years, but the bottom line is, eat whatever you enjoy. Yes, this is basically the pineapple on pizza type.

This pizza has tasty Macon (smoked or cured pork), pineapple chunks, and mozzarella cheese.

The smoky Macon goes great with the sweet and tangy pineapple, giving you a delicious mix of flavors.

2. Boerewors

Boerewors are a traditional South African Sausage, just like Mutura is a traditional Kenyan Sausage.

The Boerewors pizza is topped with seasoned beef mince, fresh tomatoes, and fresh onions. This combination offers a hearty and savory taste that’s enhanced by the freshness of the tomatoes and onions.

3. BBQ Steak

This pizza uses barbecue sauce as the base for a pizza that makes use of leftover steak, thinly sliced onion, and bell peppers, plus lots of mozzarella cheese.

You can opt to have BBQ Chicken Pizza if you don’t want the steak option.
